I challenge you to tell me the last game under AM when we had 14 shots on target  We made hard work of that, but we always looked like we had a couple of goals in us and are a team that doesn't seem to know when to give up. Wood looked off the pace today especially after not burying the chances he had in the 1st half. Somebody asked about Redmond, he had a mazey run as soon as he came on and got the crowd going and then he didn't touch the ball for 10 minutes and when he did he seemed to want to do too much. As exciting as he is, he still has a lot to learn IMO. N'Daw was a stand out too... he was a little too keen to get the ball at times, one point taking a header off Carr in the RB position when there was no need, putting himself well out of position too. Pleanty of hard work, missed chances, some nice passing football, missed chances, silly breakaway goal and then the comeback!! Disapointed to hear a little booing for both Fahey and Zigic when they came on. |

The truth is, tim....we have a section of supporters who are a complete and utter embarrassment to the football club Must admit, judging from afar of course, the gate of just over 17,000 is more than a let down......Forest are still in the bottom three and even they managed 21,000 ......Derby County had 23,000 which is actually quite low by their standards.....almost 26,000 at Leicester .....24,000 at Reading ......Southampton got 22,000 for a televised game and when West Ham are at home they are averaging 30,000 If it's any consolation we got a lot more through the gate than Coventry :LMAO: It is two weeks before Christmas though....plus we got Maribor on Thursday......still a poor showing though.....Even a mate of mine who has a ST said he didn't find Doncaster an attractive proposition on a bitterly cold day.....and in all fairness to him he just recently got laid off But for others it seems like the old chestnut of 'Any excuse not to go, eh' ?? So I just don't get why some poeple have a hang up with the Premier League ....if we had been playing Norwich, Bolton or QPR in the PL yesterday we would have had at least 22,000 possibly 25,000 as we have Chris H in charge and he is encouraging attacking football .....But let's be honest, still not great for a Big City club .....It could be a long time until the 'exiled' fans come back The blinding truth is that more and more folks are becoming disillusioned with the game......Players with fat wallets, Tevez off to play golf instead of play for or even train with the club who pays him, Rooney gets off light for violent conduct which will now create a mountain of appeals from clubs on the domestic front , Chelsea's conveyor belt of managers face the chop every time they drop two points or more and mouthy, big name , big club French full backs who disrespect the Europa League because they failed in the Big One.....There are so many things in today's game of football that need changing including that daft policy of allowing third placed CL sides into the EL to begin with.....How In God's Earth is it fair for clubs to fail and then be rewarded with 7 more games , more revenue and a chance to win more silverware ??? And our owner who promised us the Earth along with some Chinese culture galore hasn't even been around for months and we face an uncertain future Understandable we are only getting 17,000 when you think about it.....my appause for the diehards who go to most games :applause: :silence: |

Anybody here the idiot on tom Ross after the game? Every fan from every other team in the west midlands spoke about their team. The idiot blues fan thought it was funny to make stupid derogatorily comments about other teams. Sometimes there are a few of us who work really hard to embarrass the rest of us. Sorry off topic i know. |
